After years of living inside of a larger and unhealthy body Tamara began to truly understand the importance of the knowledge and motivation needed for complete wellness. Through her personal journey and formal education at the C.H.E.K. Institute and the A.P.C.A. (American Personal Chef Association) she was able to gain certification empowering her to help others as a Nutritionist, Personal Chef, Healthful Caterer, and Educational Public Speaker. With these core values rooted in overall wellness and nutrition, and over 20 years of experience and education she founded @health.

Tamara’s strongest desire lies in helping people make positive changes in their lives, be it through nutritional counseling, Nutritious & Delicious meal service, educating, cooking classes or a combination of all. Tamara has helped her clients look, feel, and act their very best—from the inside out. Tamara’s expertise is being able to streamline and personalize her nutritional counseling and lifestyle coaching into a program that is practical and reasonable for her clients. Tamara uses a community approach and often teams up with personal trainers, physicians, estheticians, and more to complement dietary programs. Tamara strives to reach beyond the individual with speaking engagements and working with women’s groups, wellness networks, health fairs, universities, corporations, spas and gyms.

Tamara continues to educate herself on current wellness issues through formal classes, seminars and workshops. She empowers those around her with a confidence found only in support, knowledge and a genuine belief in oneself.

One of the best things about Tamara is she is willing to go the extra mile for what she believes in. For her clients she believes in “personalized & specific” approach.
